Nine Twenty Recruitment are looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Consultant for one of the UK’s leading Gold Partner, who specialise in Customer Engagement Solutions, within Finance, Insurance and Business Services

The role:

The successful applicant will actively support the commercial function to understand customer and prospect requirements, and translate these into business outcomes with supporting solution designs, and commercial proposals. You will have knowledge of the latest product developments and be able to share this with the wider commercial team and lead the approach to planning, designing and presenting solutions in your relevant industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor for customers and partners, to understand and uncover their needs. 
  • Engage with the commercial team, operations teams and partners to create compelling solution offerings
  • Design and deliver compelling solution demonstrations to help customers understand the value of the Dynamics platform.
  • Enable the commercial team to better understand the Microsoft product set and its application in varying scenarios
  • Contribute to revenue growth for the organisation
  • Participate and support in marketing activities and build relationships with key technical and sales contacts

 

Requirements:

  • Understanding of industry-standard business practices supported by CRM
  • Experience in the design and evaluate a set of solution options, delivering recommendation to the client based on a set of criteria.
  • A strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform supported with appropriate certifications.
  • The ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Lead the deliverability of the solution, including signing-off and leading internal approval processes
  • Exceptional client management skills
  • Experience leading large complex technology project
