The Role:

Join the team as a Paid Media Manager, where you'll lead impactful campaigns across various platforms. With proven experience, you'll independently manage ads on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and more. But don’t worry if you don’t have experience with all of these!

Your role includes devising strategies for customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion. You'll craft compelling ad copy and utilize data insights for decision-making. Managing large 6 figure budgets across multiple platforms, you'll optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

Requirements:

  • Set up and manage paid media campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc., ensuring effective ad copy, keyword selection, and targeting for maximum ROI.
  • Refine keyword lists and adjust targeting strategies to enhance campaign performance and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate on ad copy creation and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B tests on creatives and landing pages for continuous campaign improvement.
  • Analyze campaign metrics, including Impressions, CTR, CVR, and ROAS, to provide data-driven insights and reporting.
  • Stay informed about market trends and adjust strategies to meet targets and improve profitability.
  • Manage budgets effectively, allocating funds based on performance analysis to maximize ROI.
  • Regularly analyze campaign metrics, provide actionable insights, and generate reports for stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience managing paid ad campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Proficiency in interpreting data insights, analyzing competitor advertising, and utilizing marketing automation tools.
  • Expertise in crafting compelling online ad copy.
  • Proven track record of managing large digital ad budgets (6 figure) across multiple platforms simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with email marketing strategies for lead nurturing is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, creativity, and emotional intelligence.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Understanding of advertising policies, regulations, and industry best practices.
