Office Manager - Temporary

Nine Twenty are proud to be working with a manufacturer and operator of small satellites and are currently looking for an experienced Office Manager to join their team in Glasgow on a temporary basis. As Office Manager, you will provide admin support and coordination in all office areas covering Facilities, support HR administration as well as switchboard service and general administration.
Responsibilities
- Provide office support including reception duties, keeping office running smoothly and organised at all times
- Ensure office set up is proactively managed and maintained in terms of insurance, preparing for visitors to site and coordinating with Health and Safety as necessary
- Monitor and coordinate office equipment servicing schedules
- Cover and coordinate with IT as appropriate
- Deliver induction to new employees and contractors
- Prepare, maintain and coordinate all HR records and associated administration
- Collate information for payroll processing and coordinate with outsourced payment bureau
- Support the wider team as required
Requirements
- Proven experience in office administration or similar role
- Working knowledge of Office 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc).
- Previous experience working with small/medium sized companies
- Proficient IT knowledge and digital skills
- Competent IT skills and with Microsoft software
- Proficient in English, both verbally and written
