The Role:
As the Global Marketing Manager, you will spearhead the development and implementation of brand positioning, strategy, and innovation for their Malts portfolio. Harnessing insights and data, you'll orchestrate an omni-channel campaign, ensuring seamless translation of 3–5-year brand strategies into actionable plans across all markets. Your focus on digital thinking will elevate the consumer experience, aligning growth goals with the broader business strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage long-term brand positioning, USPs, and vision through collaboration with key stakeholders, guided by data-driven insights.
- Collaborate on the 3-5 year Brand Strategy Development with key stakeholders.
- Drive the development of the Innovation & Renovation Pipeline.
- Manage NPD and business case development, including gifting and value adds.
- Oversee packaging architecture and development.
- Enable in-market teams for excellent execution.
- Develop and steward the distinctive Global Brand Visual Identity (BVI) Toolkit.
- Create compelling Global Brand Campaigns in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop NPD Launch Toolkits and manage pricing guardrails.
- Provide stewardship and approval for annual brand plans, focusing on driving brand and business growth with a 'digital first' mindset.
Requirements:
- Experience in the drinks or luxury industry with a clear understanding of spirits market dynamics.
- Possess a degree in marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Hold a digital marketing/e-commerce marketing qualification or demonstrate relevant experience.
- Proven experience in a similar marketing role, with a strong advantage for global experience.
- Experience in developing long-term brand strategies.
- Knowledge and experience in product development.
- Proficiency in the development and management of global brand planning processes.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- Full understanding of digital, social media, and e-commerce marketing; experience in agency procedures and successful management; expertise in budgetary control and cost management; 'Digital First Thinking' approach; and strong project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
