Responsibilities:

  • Regularly generate and effectively communicate performance reports to stakeholders, including the Head of Marketing, Directors, and ad agencies.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with marketing teams, ensuring consistent alignment of eCommerce strategies with broader marketing initiatives for impactful brand messaging.
  • Organize web and email content strategically, aligning it with commercial and marketing objectives to contribute to a cohesive brand narrative.
  • Vigilantly monitor and manage stock levels and product feed health in Google Merchant Centre for optimal inventory management and a robust product presence.
  • Utilize tools like Hotjar to evaluate user behavior onsite, extracting insights to inform data-driven decisions for enhancing the overall user experience.
  • Actively engage in optimizing site speed, collaborating closely with external development agencies to ensure continuous improvements for optimal website performance.
  • Systematically track and enhance SEO performance, identifying growth opportunities and implementing strategic measures for improved search engine visibility.
  • Lead the development and refinement of the eCommerce strategy, focusing on increasing key performance indicators such as Conversion Rate (CR), Average Order Value (AOV), and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role, or ready to take that next step up.
  • Proficient in Shopify with a passion for data analytics
  • Expertise in essential tools including Klaviyo, GA4, Google Data Studio, Search Console, and Tag Manager.
  • Familiarity with site speed optimization and heat mapping tools, particularly Hotjar, is advantageous.
  • Commercially experienced, driven to achieve market-leading performance.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in eCommerce operations.
  • Efficient prioritization skills, adept at sequencing tasks effectively.
  • Continual pursuit of excellence in eCommerce performance.
  • Proactive mindset, committed to ongoing market-leading strategies and optimizations.
