Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Glasgow or Edinburgh (3 days in office, 2 days wfh)
Salary: Up to £55,000 depending on experience

We’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead the charge on multi-channel campaigns and digital growth initiatives. Sitting within a collaborative Marketing team, you’ll take ownership of digital performance, from SEO, to PPC, to social and website, working closely with internal stakeholders.
The Role:
This is a broad and hands-on digital marketing role where you’ll have real ownership over digital strategy and performance. Working closely with senior stakeholders and agency partners, you’ll drive campaigns that support brand growth, lead generation, and online visibility across multiple service areas. It’s a fantastic opportunity for a strategic digital marketer who enjoys variety, autonomy, and making an impact in a well-established but forward-thinking organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute impactful multi-channel digital strategies that drive growth, lead generation, and brand visibility.
- Plan and optimise campaigns across SEO, PPC, email, social, and content marketing, aligned to KPIs.
- Own website optimisation, implement SEO best practices, and oversee conversion rate improvements.
- Run paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Manage organic and paid social strategies with support from a Digital Executive, ensuring content is engaging and on-brand.
- Oversee the creation of SEO-driven content and collaborate with a content agency for wider initiatives.
- Analyse performance across channels using tools like GA4, Looker Studio, Search Console, and SEMrush.
- Oversee website enquiry processes and CRM system (HubSpot), supporting lead conversion efforts.
- Allocate and manage a digital marketing budget to deliver return on investment.
- Act as the go-to digital expert across the firm, providing internal training on platforms and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
You’ll be a digitally focussed marketer who thrives on data-led decision making and has a strong track record of delivering successful campaigns. While experience in professional services is welcome, it’s not essential - we’re open to backgrounds from a range of sectors if you bring the right skills and mindset.
- Proven success running PPC and paid social campaigns
- Strong SEO knowledge – from strategy to implementation
- Confident working across a broad digital mix: content, social, analytics
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress)
- Proficiency with tools such as GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Looker Studio
- Understanding of HTML/CSS and website UX principles
- Experience with CRM/email platforms (e.g. HubSpot)
