Nine Twenty are partnering with a well-established name in the premium drinks industry, as they look for a Brand Activation Manager to join their team. This is not your typical marketing role. It’s a broad and hands-on position that gives you the kind of exposure and responsibility you don’t often find at this level. Working within a small but dynamic team, you’ll have the chance to shape activation plans, lead trade events and brand experiences, and collaborate closely with sales and commercial colleagues to drive awareness and performance across key channels. Recent acquisitions have opened up new opportunities in the on-trade, meaning you’ll be playing a key role in helping the business reach entirely new audiences.
You’ll be involved in every stage of brand activation, from developing ideas and coordinating trade shows, to managing creative assets and ensuring campaigns deliver a strong commercial return. There’s a great balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery here: one day you’ll be working with agencies to refine artwork or media plans, the next you’ll be presenting activation ideas internally or fine-tuning the execution of a customer event. You’ll be the go-to person for marketing requests and brand toolkits, making sure that global campaigns are adapted with the right local touch.
To succeed, you’ll need to bring solid experience in the on-trade, it’s an absolute must. You’ll understand how brands show up in this space and what it takes to make an impact. A background in drinks or premium FMCG would be ideal, alongside confidence managing projects from start to finish and working cross-functionally with both creative and commercial teams. You’ll be naturally organised, creatively driven, and commercially aware, with the energy to juggle multiple priorities and a genuine enthusiasm for seeing your work make a difference.
