Title: Telesales Executive

Location: Fife - must be located in a commutable distance

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000

 

We're looking for a Telesales Executive to join a leading UK business group specialising in Construction. This role would see you joining the expanding Sales team, offering excellent development opportunities. The Role:

You'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, contributing to ambitious expansion plans. We're looking for agile, adaptable individuals ready to tackle diverse tasks and grow professionally. The role offers a rewarding opportunity to develop skills and advance within the sales team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with clients by making professional outbound telesales calls to qualified prospects and existing customers.
  • Develop a deep understanding of product ranges to engage customers intelligently, addressing their specific needs and influencing purchase decisions.
  • Collaborate with the internal sales team to generate timely quotations and promptly respond to customer inquiries.
  • Maintain the accuracy of Netsuite CRM by regularly updating customer and prospect information.
  • Record relevant notes and call records in the NetSuite CRM system to ensure comprehensive and accessible correspondence history at all times.
  • Cultivate relationships with clients to stimulate inquiries, secure new business, and reconnect with dormant customers.

 

Requirements:

  • Strong sales drive with a proven track record in telesales.
  • Ability to prioritize and convert leads effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage potential customers.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Persuasive techniques for promoting products and services.
  • Efficient time and resource management for productive sales calls.
