Job Description
You will be a key player in our Enterprise Applications team, leveraging your D365 expertise to deliver high-profile projects.
- Lead and manage a delivery team on D365 projects, ensuring progress towards objectives.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business processes and configure the D365 system.
- Advise clients on best practices for development and integration.
- Assist with configuration, data migration, and end-to-end testing.
- Design, develop, and test customizations to the D365 system (including Power Platform components).
- Provide user training and ongoing support.
- Participate in project go-live stages and ensure smooth transitions.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and project managers.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, understand client needs, and demonstrate solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with D365 Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, Power Platform, and Model-Driven Apps.
- Experience working within an Agile framework and managing client relationships.
- Ability to facilitate meetings, advise on business value delivery, and design solutions.
- Experience leading Public Sector projects (government or membership) is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with documentation creation, solution testing, and team mentoring.
- Security clearance required.
