Your Role
As a Senior Dynamics Consultant, you'll be a driving force in our Enterprise Applications domain, leveraging your deep Dynamics knowledge to propel significant D365 F&SCM projects.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand and define their business processes, configuring D365 accordingly
- Support clients with configuration tasks, data migration, and end-to-end testing
- Deliver tailored end-user training and ad-hoc coaching aligned with client-specific processes
- Design and test D365 customizations, overseeing client acceptance
- Participate in go-live cutover exercises, ensuring data reconciliation with legacy systems
- Guide projects through regular communications with customers or project managers
- Contribute to design and architecting sessions with fellow consultants
- Oversee and mentor junior consultants
QUALIFICATIONS
Desired Skills and Experience
We seek a dedicated team player with:
- Proven lifecycle Dynamics implementation experience within Manufacturing organizations, both as an end-user and a D365 Microsoft Partner consultant
- Deep understanding of howe to analyse, design and build the Supply Chain Management Modules in D365 against busienss needs across the various areas within a Manufacturing and Engineering organsitation including but not limited to Production, Master Planning, Panning Optimisation, Transport, Quality Control, Engineering change management, Procurement, Sales and Warehousing
- Experience in aligning business needs within Azure Dev Ops
- Proficiency in leading formal and informal training sessions, workshops, and integrating 3rd party systems with D365
- Awareness of business intelligence and artificial intelligence tools such as Power BI, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), and Copilot would be a plus
- Demonstrated capability in showcasing D365 benefits aligned with customer needs
- Exceptional communication skills for effective understanding and alignment of business needs
- Experience in managing and coaching consultants throughout implementation, acting as a people manager
