Senior Dynamics 365 CRM / Power Platform Consultant (Contract)
Day Rate: £650–£800 per day
Location: Scotland, Glasgow (Hybrid)
A leading UK technology organisation is undertaking a comprehensive review of its Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem and is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 CRM / Power Platform Consultant to lead this engagement.
This is a high-impact contract focused on auditing the current environment, identifying areas for improvement, and delivering a clear, actionable roadmap to optimise performance, scalability and governance across the platform.
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and technical teams to assess the existing setup and define best practice across the Microsoft ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a full audit of the Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform environment
- Review solution architecture, customisations and integrations
- Assess Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and overall environment design
- Evaluate governance, security model and deployment processes
- Identify risks, technical debt and optimisation opportunities
- Deliver a structured report with clear recommendations and roadmap
- Provide guidance on best practice for ongoing platform management and development
Experience Required
- Strong track record delivering Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions
- Deep understanding of architecture, governance and environment strategy
- Experience conducting technical reviews or platform audits
- Knowledge of integrations across the Microsoft ecosystem
- Confident engaging senior stakeholders and presenting findings clearly
