Your Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in the Business Applications team, utilizing your expertise in delivering complex projects for clients in the financial industry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders
- Deliver projects on time and within budget, meeting predefined goals
- Ensure high-quality delivery that exceeds client expectations
- Define and manage project scope, schedule, and costs
- Coordinate internal and external resources for successful project execution
- Proactively manage resources to ensure alignment with project demands
- Develop detailed project plans using established tools and processes
- Estimate project completion dates and costs accurately
- Manage project budgets
- Identify and manage risks and issues
- Track progress and report on it regularly
- Escalate potential issues that threaten project success
- Contribute to pre-sales activities and develop compelling proposals
- Find solutions to problems instead of simply identifying them
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role delivering digital transformation projects in the financial services sector
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred
- Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies preferred
