Your Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in the Business Applications team, utilizing your expertise in delivering complex projects for clients in the financial industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders
  • Deliver projects on time and within budget, meeting predefined goals
  • Ensure high-quality delivery that exceeds client expectations
  • Define and manage project scope, schedule, and costs
  • Coordinate internal and external resources for successful project execution
  • Proactively manage resources to ensure alignment with project demands
  • Develop detailed project plans using established tools and processes
  • Estimate project completion dates and costs accurately
  • Manage project budgets
  • Identify and manage risks and issues
  • Track progress and report on it regularly
  • Escalate potential issues that threaten project success
  • Contribute to pre-sales activities and develop compelling proposals
  • Find solutions to problems instead of simply identifying them

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role delivering digital transformation projects in the financial services sector
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred
  • Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies preferred
