Senior Consultant – Dynamics 365 & Power Platform
UK-based (Hybrid working)
Our client is a leading global Microsoft Partner delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation programmes across the UK. With a strong presence across Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, they support organisations in modernising customer engagement, operations, and business processes.
As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role within the practice, operating at the front of client engagements. This position is highly client-facing, combining solution design, stakeholder engagement, and presales capability. You will work closely with prospective and existing clients to shape solutions, lead workshops, and support the sales cycle from a functional and solution perspective.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead client engagements focused on discovery, solution shaping, and advisory
Act as a trusted advisor to business and technical stakeholders
Translate business requirements into scalable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions
Design and present high-level solution architectures aligned to client needs
Lead workshops, demonstrations, and requirement gathering sessions
Support delivery teams by ensuring clear and effective handover of solutions
Presales & Client Engagement:
Support presales activities including proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations
Lead product demonstrations across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
Work closely with sales teams to qualify opportunities and shape solutions
Engage with senior stakeholders to articulate value and business outcomes
Contribute to go-to-market offerings and solution positioning
Practice Contribution:
Collaborate with internal teams to build best practices and reusable assets
Support junior consultants through knowledge sharing and mentoring
Contribute to continuous improvement across delivery and presales approaches
Stay up to date with Microsoft technologies and industry trends
Essential:
Strong experience across Dynamics 365 (CE and/or F&SCM)
Solid knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
Proven experience in a client-facing or presales-focused consulting role
Experience running workshops, demos, and stakeholder engagement sessions
Strong ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Desirable:
Experience working within a Microsoft Partner or consultancy environment
Exposure to Azure or wider Microsoft ecosystem
Microsoft certifications
