AI Business Solutions Consultant
Role Overview
We’re looking for an AI Business Solutions Consultant who can bridge business needs and AI technology to deliver practical, high-impact solutions. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their challenges, identify opportunities for AI, and build intelligent solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure AI Foundry. This role combines business analysis, solution design, and hands-on development to deliver AI agents and applications from concept to deployment.
Key Responsibilities
AI Solution Development
- Design and build AI agents and applications using Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
- Support the development of agent workflows, instructions, and integrations.
- Assist in delivering AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry capabilities.
- Conduct testing to ensure solutions meet requirements and perform effectively.
Business Analysis & Solution Design
- Gather and translate client requirements into AI solutions.
- Identify AI use cases and opportunities that deliver business value.
- Map user journeys and solution workflows to support effective AI adoption.
Delivery & Client Collaboration
- Work with SMEs and stakeholders to support solution delivery.
- Contribute to UX design and user experience improvements for AI applications.
- Support training and user adoption activities during implementation.
Required Experience
- PL-200: Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant (required)
- Experience building solutions with Power Platform (3–5+ years)
- Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio agent development
- Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry or Azure AI services
