Up to £25,000 OTE £35,000 (uncapped earnings)

A Recruitment Consultant at Nine Twenty you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of the best recruitment solutions for the marketing community in Scotland. By living and breathing our values and having a primary focus on candidate experience, our team provide a recruitment solution that sets the standard within our industry. 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Utilise multiple channels to actively headhunt and engage with candidates within the marketing industry in Scotland.
  • Identify and build relationships with the best talent in the Scottish marketplace, by having phone conversations as well as face to face meetings.
  • Take responsibility for creating role profiles, job adverts, social media content and thought leadership pieces, relevant to your candidates and market.
  • Offer your network insightful information to support their job search.
  • Screen and interview candidates assessing skills, qualifications, and person fit for specific roles through interviews and evaluations.
  • Manage the recruitment process from end to end.
  • Create any material required for individual hiring processes, including market research and industry insights.
  • Attend networking events and build your personal brand and the Nine Twenty brand.
  • Cultivate partnerships with businesses to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Identifying new business opportunities by collecting market information.

 

What are we looking for, from you?

 

  • Outstanding communication skills, face-to-face, over the phone and across social media.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, customer service role: You will spend most of your day speaking to people new to or re-engaging with Nine Twenty.
  • Experience managing your own diary and prioritising workload.
  • Someone who enjoys working to deadlines and wants to be rewarded for going above and beyond.
  • Experience working with a CRM system.
