The Opportunity
This is a key AI leadership role where you will define and drive AI adoption across an established client portfolio.
You will work directly with customers to:
- Identify AI opportunities
- Deliver practical use cases, particularly across Microsoft Copilot
- Build scalable AI solutions and intelligent automation
This role combines strategy, hands-on delivery, and innovation, making it ideal for someone looking to shape a modern AI offering within an MSP environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead AI enablement initiatives across the client base
- Design and deliver Microsoft Copilot use cases within M365
- Identify opportunities for automation and productivity improvements using AI
- Build and deploy AI agents, copilots, and intelligent workflows
- Utilise tools such as Copilot Studio, Azure AI, and Power Platform
- Facilitate client workshops and act as a trusted AI advisor
- Support pre-sales activities and contribute to AI solution design
- Help define and evolve the organisation’s AI strategy and service offerings
Key Skills & Experience
- Experience delivering AI or Generative AI solutions in a commercial or client-facing environment
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem, including M365, Copilot Studio, and Azure OpenAI
- Hands-on experience building AI agents, automation, or intelligent workflows
- Ability to translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions
- Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting capabilities
Highly Advantageous
- Background in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power Virtual Agents / Copilot Studio
- Experience developing low-code automation and workflows enhanced with AI
- Understanding of Power Platform integration within the wider M365 ecosystem
- Exposure to Azure AI services or OpenAI technologies
