Working hours: 4 on 4 off, day and night shifts starting at 0645 / 1845 and finishing at 1900 / 0700

An opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced FMCG environment and work with well known Brands. A leading industry player committed to delivering excellence in every product. We are seeking a highly motivated and inspiring Production Team Leader to join our client's team to drive success in their manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership:

    • Lead and inspire a team of production operators to achieve production targets and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Operational Excellence:

    • Ensure the efficient and effective running of production processes, optimising workflows for maximum productivity.
  • Quality Assurance:

    • Uphold stringent quality standards and oversee adherence to quality control measures throughout the production process.
  • Safety Compliance:

    • Prioritize and enforce a culture of safety, ensuring that all team members comply with safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Performance Monitoring:

    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Training and Development:

    • Support the development of team members through training programs, mentoring, and fostering a continuous learning environment.
  • Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and cooperation between departments.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Production Team Leader ideally within an FMCG environment but we would consider other Manufacturing environments 

  • Strong leadership abilities with a track record of motivating and guiding teams to achieve production goals.

  • A commitment to maintaining high-quality standards 

  • Thorough understanding of safety protocols and a commitment to creating a safe working environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address challenges and implement effective solutions.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment and adapt to evolving production demands.
