As a Principal Dynamics Technologist, you'll lead our Enterprise Applications division, utilizing your profound Dynamics expertise to spearhead impactful D365 projects.
Your responsibilities include:
- Being a core member of the Technical Design Authority.
- Demonstrating robust customer engagement and Solution Design skills.
- Holding ownership of designs.
- Serving as a technical leader and mentor within the team.
- Providing clear direction, fair motivation, management, and mentoring across the team.
- Establishing swift and strong relationships with customers and staff.
- Embracing digital technology to achieve work objectives effectively.
- Displaying a solid grasp of architectural principles and delivery methodologies.
- Exhibiting a deep understanding of MS Dynamics and relevant Azure technologies.
- Making sound judgments based on available information and analysis.
- Formulating practical solutions for diverse problems.
- Strategically planning activities and projects, considering potential changes.
- Identifying developmental strategies to achieve career goals, leveraging available opportunities.
- Aiming for roles of increased responsibility and influence.

Desired Skills and Experience
We're seeking a passionate team player with the following experience:
- Dynamics 365 Accreditations.
- Proficiency in C#, ASP.Net, Python, Java, JSON.
- Enterprise CRM experience.
- Substantial experience in delivering multiple complex projects.
- Experience in customer engagement and management.
- Preferable background in the Financial Services sector.
- Strong communication skills in various forms, including proposal and RFI/RFP experience.
- Locations: Various offices, including multiple locations across the UK.
