This is a genuinely special opportunity to work with one of the most iconic names in global sport, and this role puts you right at the heart of how they connect with their global fan base.
As Marketing Manager, you'll lead B2C marketing across a number of events, developing and delivering integrated strategies that drive audience engagement, build brand reach and generate commercial revenue. You'll own the full mix and have real visibility across the business.
Day to day, you'll be shaping campaign platforms, working with creative agencies, partnering with the Consumer Insights and CRM team, and presenting performance and recommendations to senior stakeholders. You'll bring a genuinely data-led mindset, using insight to optimise campaigns and demonstrate commercial impact.
About you
You'll have proven experience leading B2C marketing strategies and campaigns, ideally within sport, events, entertainment or a similarly fast-paced commercial environment. Strong multi-channel experience is essential, across digital, paid media, CRM, content and partnerships — alongside the commercial and analytical mindset to turn insight into performance.
You'll be a confident communicator, comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and managing agency relationships. You take ownership, think strategically and bring energy and focus to everything you deliver.
