D365 Functional Consultant | Permanent | Full Time | Remote/Hybrid
£40,000 – £45,000 + Bonus
A growing UK technology services organisation is looking to bring in a D365 Functional Consultant to support its expanding Microsoft practice. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who’s looking to step into a more commercially focused role, working closely with both clients and internal teams.
You’ll be joining a collaborative environment where you’ll be mentored by experienced consultants, gaining exposure to the full project lifecycle while developing your ability to engage stakeholders and shape solutions.
What you’ll be doing
• Supporting client conversations to understand business needs and challenges
• Assisting in shaping and presenting D365 Customer Engagement solutions
• Working alongside senior consultants on demos, workshops and solution design
• Helping translate business requirements into functional solutions
• Collaborating with delivery teams to ensure a smooth handover into implementation
• Building knowledge across the wider Microsoft ecosystem, including Power Platform
What they’re looking for
• 1–2 years’ experience with D365 Customer Engagement in a functional capacity
• Exposure to configuration and customisation within D365
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate etc.)
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage stakeholders
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn from senior team members
• Any experience in client-facing roles, presentations, or workshops would be beneficial
