Role: Marketing Manager
Location: Greater Glasgow
Salary: Up to £40,000 + Bonus
Nine Twenty Recruitment are proud to partner with a renowned Scottish home improvement business for an exciting Marketing Manager opportunity. You would be joining the business at a time of growth, as they expand their franchise nationally. The role would see you overseeing all marketing efforts during this growth period, covering strategy, campaign management, budget allocation and stakeholder management.
This role is ideal for a generalist marketing professional, with experience coaching and leading small marketing teams and delivering on high-impact campaigns across both digital and traditional channels.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a small marketing and design team, as well as external agencies to deliver high-quality campaigns.
- Create and run marketing strategies that support the company’s goals.
- Oversee digital and traditional advertising, including PPC, social media, print, and radio.
- Manage SEO, website updates, and both paid and organic social media activity.
- Keep branding consistent and run campaigns to support franchisees and generate leads.
- Work with key teams, manage budgets, track campaign performance, and coordinate with external agencies.
Requirements:
- Circa 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in retail, franchising, or home improvement (but not essential).
- Confident team manager with a track record of boosting team performance.
- Skilled in media buying, SEO, social media, print, and out-of-home advertising.
- Proven ability to deliver campaigns that grow brand awareness and attract customers.
- Strong stakeholder relationship, comfortable presenting to senior leaders and managing external agencies for technical marketing campaigns.
- Organised, data-focused, and passionate about driving business growth.
