Role: Marketing Executive

Contract: Permanent/Full Time 

Location: Based in Edinburgh

Salary: Up to £35,000

The Role 

This role is ideal for creative and passionate self-starters with experience in both digital and traditional marketing. You’ll be given the freedom and autonomy to run with projects, with a data-focussed approach. Collaborating with internal stakeholders including designers, photographers, social media specialists and developers; you’ll help drive campaigns and projects from ideation through to completion.

 

Responsibilities

  • Drive diverse marketing campaigns, prioritising customer satisfaction.
  • Create and execute marketing plans, using Google Analytics, CRM data and other marketing tools to track performance and trends.
  • Develop SEO-friendly content and work with web designers to create well-optimised, engaging web pages and email campaigns.
  • Assist the social media team in running targeted paid ad campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the PPC specialist to align advertising campaigns with business goals, ensuring efficient targeting and budget use for best returns.
  • Manage relationships with external websites to boost lead generation through affiliate partnerships.
  • Improve the digital-to-physical customer experience by providing branches with any necessary marketing materials.
  • Plan events to effectively connect with the target audience.
  • Share marketing results with stakeholders and work with the Communications team to create relevant content.

 

Requirements

  • Demonstrated skill in independently managing projects.
  • A background in carrying out generalist marketing tasks for both digital and traditional channels.
  • Experience using analytics tools to measure marketing success.
  • SEO content writing skills with an understanding of keyword research and other on-page SEO practices.
  • Experience with social media ads and working with design teams.
  • Proven ability to manage relationships across departments.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle budgets efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills for event coordination and team interaction.
