Key Account Manager – Scotland Fully Remote
£45,000 – £55,000 + uncapped commission
We're looking for a commercially sharp KAM who knows how to look after a territory, open doors, and actually close business.
The role
This is a well-established patch across Scotland with existing accounts to grow and real new business opportunity to go after. You'll be out on the road visiting customers, supported by a marketing team generating warm leads but you'll bring your own drive and not rely on them.
The business has a strong product range, a good reputation, and the infrastructure to back you up. You just need to go and sell.
What I'm looking for
Someone who's done this before. Field sales, B2B, face-to-face, consumable products into end users. You understand margin, you can hold a commercial conversation, and you're as comfortable hunting new business as you are nurturing the accounts you already own.
A background in cleaning, janitorial, hygiene, or facilities is a bonus but not a dealbreaker.
Non-negotiables
Proven B2B field sales experience. A driving licence. The ability to work independently without someone chasing you. CRM discipline and you keep your pipeline clean and your follow-ups timely.
What's on offer
£45,000 to £55,000 base depending on experience. Company car or car allowance. Uncapped commission. Full training on the product range. Fully remote with travel across Scotland.
