Nine Twenty Technology are delighted to be recruiting a IT Systems Manager on behalf of their client in Edinburgh. You will be joining a highly respected organisation within their field.
Lead the company’s technical team in the following strategic areas:
- Manage the company IT systems.
- Regularly update and check the health and security of all the company servers in conjunction with any IT support provider.
- Ensure that all Technical Computers and hardware are operational, sufficient for their use and provide an appropriate level of support.
- Ensure that all technical software is up-to date and compatible with the company’s systems.
- Manager and maintain the company IT back-up systems.
- Support and Manage the Company Document Management software and liaise with provider.
- Manage and regularly update, as necessary, the company’s technical procedures.
- Manage and update as required the Company’s disaster recovery systems.
- Manage and update the mobile phone contract and hardware.
- Liaise with the Director responsible for IT on purchasing requirements and other issues.
- Liaise with the Financial Director on the IT budget for hardware and software.
- Any other support service as requested by the Directors.
