HR Generalist

We’re delighted to be supporting a well-established international organisation in their search for an HR Generalist to join their team. This is a varied, people-focused role where you’ll support the Global Head of HR across all aspects of HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement.
You’ll be involved in everything from day-to-day HR support and international payroll coordination to helping shape global projects and early careers initiatives. It’s a role that offers real variety and the chance to make an impact across teams in the UK, US, and Asia.
What you’ll be doing:

Supporting employee relations and day-to-day HR operations across global teams

Coordinating payroll across multiple regions

Managing recruitment activities and onboarding processes

Building partnerships with local colleges and universities to promote early careers programmes

Contributing to HR projects, process improvements, and engagement initiatives
What we’re looking for:

Previous HR Generalist experience, ideally with some international exposure

Strong understanding of employee relations and recruitment
-
Experience working with or supporting payroll processes

Excellent organisation and communication skills
-
A proactive, professional, and approachable attitude
