Fantastic new opportunity to join a company that is currently undergoing an active development phase and has strong ambitions in the health and wellness category.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee and manage our agency partners, ensuring top commercial performance across PPC, SEO and paid social
  • Develop our long-term marketing strategy and campaign plans across all channels in conjunction with the CMO and Marketing directors, with a focus on commercial results
  • Develop and execute revenue-driving campaigns across our online channels with a hands-on, innovative and creative approach
  • Create and implement consumer driven social content calendars for our brands, working alongside our agency partners to grow our channels
  • Plan and execute regular revenue-driving e-mail marketing campaigns
  • Manage the digital marketing budget for all brands, ensuring a significant ROI is delivered across all channels
  • Track and report on results, identify new opportunities, generating ideas and developing new tactics to drive customer acquisition and revenue grows
  • Conduct research and analyse data across all marketing activities to report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using pre-determined KPIs, and identify future opportunities
  • Assist in the organisation of events and exhibitions, ensuring all activity feeds into our overall strategy
  • Utilise data for marketing campaigns, interrogating the organisation’s databases and external data
  • Identify new business opportunities and assist with market research studies
  • Any general marketing activities as required

The role will report to the CMO and will have 2 direct reports.
