This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of Fennex’s digital marketing engine and directly shape the growth of an ambitious, technically-driven business.
About the Role
Fennex is looking for a hands-on, data-driven marketer to lead its end-to-end growth strategy. You’ll manage HubSpot, performance campaigns, email marketing, SEO, conversion funnels, and content optimisation, turning technical product capability into clear commercial impact.
This is a standalone role where autonomy, resourcefulness, and evidence-led thinking are key. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-growth, lean-budget environment, understands the B2B SaaS space (technical or high-risk sector experience is a bonus), and can confidently translate complex technology into marketing that drives measurable results.

What we’re looking for from you
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS growth marketing, ideally with experience in high-risk or technical sectors
- Skilled in HubSpot, CRM optimisation, email, SEO, paid campaigns, and conversion funnels
- Hands-on with copy, basic creative, and brand stewardship
- Evidence-led and KPI-focused; you can show the impact of your work
- Motivated by autonomy, growth, and creating real commercial impact
- The ability to be in Aberdeen twice per month on a regular basis, with additional travel required around busy times and international events.
