ERP Process and Governance Architect 

Hybrid working/Cumbernauld

Nine Twenty are partnering with a renowned family ran business, who are actively seeking a ERP Process and Governance Architect to join their team based in Cumbernauld. This is a pivotal role, diving into the world of of designing, documenting, governing, and enhancing all the processes that are executed on IFS10!

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Make sure all business processes primarily handled through IFS are documented using the approved IFS10 method
  • Follow established standards and the WG&S ‘Process Universe’
  • Assist in maintaining documentation standards and methods
  • Act as a proficient user for relevant process tools like Visio and ClickLearn
  • Conduct workshops with key experts, owners, and stakeholders to capture current IFS10 processes.
  • Foster relationships across all levels of the organization to advise on enhancing documented processes and work instruction
  • Evaluate existing processes in non-IFS10 companies, align them with our IFS10 framework, and assess if they can transition to IFS10
  • Aid in developing and refining the IFS Security and Access model while ensuring alignment with process documentation
  • Assist in establishing an ERP governance model to safeguard the IFS10 solution’s integrity
  • Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to improve their understanding of IFS10 processes
  • Conduct regular compliance reviews and report findings to relevant governance forums effectively.
