Senior Dynamics 365 CRM / Power Platform Consultant (Fixed-Term Contract)
Salary: £75,000 – £85,000
Contract: 12-month Fixed-Term Contract
Location: UK (Hybrid / Remote)
A leading UK technology organisation is undertaking a comprehensive review of its Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem and is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 CRM / Power Platform Consultant to lead this engagement on a 12-month fixed-term basis.
The successful consultant will be responsible for conducting a full audit of the organisation’s existing platform environment, reviewing architecture, integrations and governance, and providing strategic recommendations to improve performance, scalability and platform management.
This role will work closely with internal stakeholders and technical teams to assess the current setup and establish best practices across the Microsoft ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the audit of the Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform environment

Review the existing solution architecture, customisations and integrations

Assess Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and overall environment design

Evaluate platform governance, security model and deployment processes

Identify risks, technical debt and opportunities for optimisation

Produce a structured report outlining findings and a recommended roadmap for improvement

Provide guidance on best practices for platform management and ongoing development
Experience Required

Extensive experience delivering Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions

Strong understanding of platform architecture, governance and environment management

Experience conducting technical reviews or audits of Microsoft environments

Knowledge of integrations and the wider Microsoft ecosystem
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to present findings clearly
