As a Consultant specializing in Dynamics, you'll spearhead our Enterprise Applications sector, utilizing your extensive knowledge to lead noteworthy D365 F&SCM projects.
Your duties will include:
- Collaborating with clients to comprehend and define their business processes, configuring D365 accordingly
- Assisting clients in configuration tasks, data migration, and comprehensive testing
- Delivering tailored end-user training courses and ad-hoc coaching sessions based on the client’s unique business processes and setup
- Designing and testing customizations in D365, ensuring client acceptance
- Overseeing go-live cutover exercises to reconcile migrated data with legacy systems
- Guiding projects with regular client or project manager communications
- Participating in informal or formal design and architecting sessions with colleagues
Desired Skills and Experience
We're seeking a dedicated team player with the following qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in full lifecycle Dynamics implementation, from analysis to go-live/hypercare
- Profound expertise in configuring Finance and Procurement Modules in D365 F&SCM
- Knowledge of configuring security roles, workflows, and business documents
- Proficiency in leading formal and informal training sessions and workshops
- Previous experience in a Finance role with influence over system implementation and business process changes
- Ability to communicate financial terminology effectively to customers
- Any achieved financial accreditation would be advantageous
- Experience participating in finance-related digital transformations within Retail or Manufacturing businesses would be beneficial
- Locations: Various offices, including multiple locations across the UK.
