Digital Project Manager 

Aberdeen OR Edinburgh  (Hybrid)  2 days in the office & if based in Edinburgh, must be happy to occasionally travel to Aberdeen (Monthly/2 monthly) 

£36,000-£42,000 (DOE)

A fantastic opportunity has emerged with a leading Marketing and communications agency in Scotland who collaborate with a diverse range of clients worldwide, including government entities, charities, academic institutions, and more. With a brand-new office situated right on the vibrant heart of the capital, they are seeking a dynamic Digital Project Manager to join the team

As Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful and profitable delivery of projects and campaigns across a diverse client portfolio. You will oversee the entire digital work program, from initiation to completion, ensuring all projects and retainers are delivered on time and within budget.

Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, you will ensure every project is accurately briefed, scoped, estimated, and planned, with the necessary resources allocated. You will manage client relationships, meeting their needs and expectations, identifying growth opportunities, and building strong, productive partnerships.

Main Accountabilities: 

Delivery- Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery through effective process and team management.

Clients - Provide excellent client servicing, nurture relationships, and drive long-term success.

Commercial -Manage project finances, ensure profitability, and support new business efforts.

Leadership -Lead project teams and drive individual accountability.

Experience required: 

  • You possess 3-5 years of experience in leading comprehensive digital projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • You have a proven track record of managing intricate website and application projects.
  • You have worked with UX, design, programming, copywriting, and other related fields.
  • You are proficient in using project management tools such as Monday, JIRA, Synergist, or similar.
  • You have a strong grasp of project delivery methodologies.
  • You can effectively lead teams and individuals, providing clear objectives and direction.
  • You are confident in advising and presenting to senior-level clients.
  • You can diplomatically manage and efficiently resolve conflicts.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You can convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • You possess strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to build trust and develop strong relationships.
  • You excel in collaborating with a team to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.

Advantageous:

  • PMP or Prince2 certification.
  • Familiarity with development project methodologies and DevOps processes.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing concepts, tools, and platforms.
  • Experience in data analytics measurement and reporting.
  • Experience working with remote or distributed teams
