The Role:

As Project Manager, you will contribute to the success of the delivery of high-profile and high-value Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/Power Platform projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the relationship with the customer and all stakeholders
  • Deliver assigned projects in line with established KPIs
  • Understand and articulate the scope of each project to which you are assigned
  • Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the successful execution of projects
  • Proactively manage resources to ensure the required skills are aligned with the demands of the project
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress using established tools and processes e.g DevOps
  • Time estimating: ensure the estimated date of completion is accurate
  • Cost estimatingensure the estimated cost to complete is accurate
  • Management of project budgets
  • Managing Risks and Issues (RAID logs per project)
  • Monitoring progress and reporting on it via agreed channels and established timelines
  • Escalating to management where the success of the project is at risk
  • Participate in pre-sales engagements to develop high-quality sales proposals

Requirements:

  • Delivered enterprise projects with teams of 4 or more to a value of at least £200k or Multi-Stream deliveries with multiple teams
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of PMP / PRINCE II - certification desirable
  • Understanding of how to integrate appropriate project management tools and processes
  • Planning skills: the ability to define and fulfil tasks and schedules to an established business rhythm
  • Negotiation, for example, regarding budgets, schedules, scope creep, and the use of resources
  • Commercial acumen: ensuring that you can lead and manage projects with the discipline required to ensure the closing commercial position is aligned with KPIs
  • Capable of working autonomously in the delivery of projects and of managing any issues that arise during the project lifecycle
