Customer Service Administrator 


Monday - Thursday - 2pm - 10 pm (WFH)

Friday - 9am - 5pm (ONSITE)



Nine Twenty are supporting our Manufacturing client who are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their Logistics team.

You will be responsible for prioritising and processing global customer orders whilst providing support. It is a dynamic environment where the ability to react to customer demands is key.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Prioritise and process customer orders and requests
  • Provide pricing and delivery information
  • Purchase order entry and processing
  • Communicate with customers about their orders, including any delays or changes in delivery
  • Maintain thorough and accurate customer service records
  • Support Sales and Design Team
  • Work closely with Manufacturing & Finance teams
  • Support customers in different time zones
  • May include some elements of supplier management


Experience and Skills:

  • Team player with the ability to handle high workload and work well in a busy environment
  • Customer Service experience
  • Previous experience in a high volume FMCG/ manufacturing industry
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Good listening skills
  • Excellent communication
  • Experience of ERP systems
  • Adaptable in a changing environment
