We’re delighted to be working in partnership with International Beverage, a globally recognised name in premium spirits, to support them with the recruitment of a Capex Project Engineer — a newly created role as part of a wider investment into their manufacturing capabilities.

🛠 The Role:
As Capex Project Engineer, you’ll lead a range of engineering projects from concept through to completion — making sure they run smoothly, safely and on budget.
You’ll:
Scope and deliver capital projects aligned to business strategy
Develop technical plans, timelines and risk mitigation strategies
Ensure all works meet safety, quality and compliance standards
Liaise with on-site teams, contractors and senior stakeholders
Forecast future capex requirements and support long-term planning
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Degree in Mechanical, Civil or Electrical Engineering
5+ years of project engineering experience (ideally in FMCG or manufacturing)
Strong knowledge of planning, budgeting and technical delivery
Able to influence, problem solve and lead cross-functional teams
Bonus if you have any Project Management certification (but not essential)
