Contract: Full time, permanent
Location: Glasgow (2 days WFH each week)
Salary: Up to £50,000 + Commission & Benefits
We are seeking a passionate and driven Business Development Manager with experience working with Health and Safety products/services. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established Glasgow-based SaaS organisation, with large global clients in various industries. In this role, you’d play a pivotal part in expanding the client base and driving revenue growth, with a particular focus on promoting EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) software solutions. - Identify and target potential clients through market research and prospecting.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Present and demonstrate the EHS software solutions to prospects, highlighting their unique value propositions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective lead generation strategies.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Continuously update and maintain accurate records of sales activities in their CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets within the Health and Safety sector.
- Strong understanding of SaaS products and the ability to convey their value to potential clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
