We are seeking a talented and motivated IT Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their IT needs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. As an IT Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth through effective client management and collaboration with internal teams.

Client Relationship Management

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Understand clients' business needs and align them with our IT solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations.

Business Development

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate new business from current clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify business opportunities.

Project Co-Ordination

  • Work closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of IT solutions.
  • Provide clients with regular updates on project status and ensure their satisfaction.

Strategic Planning

  • Develop account plans and strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to align account management strategies with overall company goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager in the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
