Delivery & Validation

• Lead Proof of Concept (PoC) and Proof of Technology (PoT) initiatives to validate architectural approaches.

• Ensure solutions are delivered in line with architecture and technical standards.
• Participate in governance processes including CAB and TDA design reviews.

About the Role

We're looking for exceptional Senior Business Solutions Consultants who can bridge business needs with cutting-edge AI solutions. You'll design and build AI agents and applications using Copilot Studio and Power Platform, translate complex business problems into innovative AI solutions.

This role combines strategic business analysis with hands-on development. You'll identify AI opportunities, design user experiences, build agents and AI applications, and guide clients through adoption. Required Technical Expertise

• PL-200: Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant (mandatory certification)
• Copilot Studio agent design and development
• Power Platform 5+ years experience
• Azure AI Foundry capabilities and experience

Key responsibilities

1. Lead business analysis and user research, including senior stakeholder workshops, developing thorough understanding of client needs and translating them into clear requirements
2. Design and build AI agents and applications using Copilot Studio and Power Platform
3. Manage SME relationships and engagement, coordinating subject matter experts throughout delivery
4. Execute solution testing to ensure agent performance and conformance to requirements
5. Execute UX design and user experience activities for AI solutions
6. Support project training delivery and user adoption activities
7. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior consultants, building team capability in AI application and agent delivery

What You'll Do

Design and Build AI Agents and Applications

• Design and build AI agents using Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry: personalities, contexts, instructions, and workflows
• Develop AI applications and low-code automations using Power Platform
• Execute solution testing to ensure solution performance and quality
• Conduct and receive peer reviews of all low code development

Identify Opportunities and Solve Problems

• Lead business analysis and user research, developing deep understanding of client needs
• Identify AI use cases and assess value opportunities where agentic solutions can solve business problems
• Design user journeys mapping end-to-end experiences with solution touchpoints

Deliver and Enable

• Manage SME relationships and coordinate subject matter experts throughout delivery
• Execute UX design for AI solutions
• Lead training delivery and user adoption activities

Lead and Mentor

• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior consultants
• Build team capability in agent design and Microsoft technology stack development
