Glasgow (Hybrid)

£50,000 – £70,000

About the Company
This is a fast-growing tech business operating in a competitive B2B space, with a commercial, hands-on culture and a real appetite for autonomy and ownership. They're building a mature demand generation function from the ground up, moving away from agency dependence and traditional MQL volume towards a high-intent, revenue-focused pipeline model. The culture here rewards proactive, opinionated marketers who are comfortable operating with high autonomy and challenging where needed.

About the Job
This is a genuine opportunity to take full ownership of digital demand generation, reporting directly to CMO. You'll be hands-on across LinkedIn paid advertising (a key priority), Google Search Ads and HubSpot, directly managing channels rather than overseeing through an agency. Strong analytics and a clear focus on pipeline ownership are central to this role, you'll be accountable for generating quality, high-intent leads rather than chasing MQL volume.

You'll work closely with sales and product marketing as the team structure evolves, with scope to shape how demand gen operates as the function matures. There's also real career development potential here, with plans to build out further roles in product marketing and content/brand marketing alongside this hire.

About the Candidate
You'll be a self-starter with proven B2B marketing experience and hands-on digital channel skills, particularly LinkedIn paid. Strong commercial acumen and a track record of owning revenue pipeline numbers are essential, along with a genuinely analytical, results-driven approach. ABM campaign experience and sector exposure (tech, SaaS, cybersecurity or IoT), would all be advantageous. This is a role for someone confident operating independently and willing to challenge and direct where needed, a passive or purely generalist background won't be the right fit here.

You can apply for this role via the Nine Twenty website or contact Kerry McFarlane for more information.

💰 Competitive Salary + Bonus + Benefits

Are you an experienced AWS Architect who thrives on helping organisations move from traditional data centres into the cloud?

We're partnering with a growing cloud consultancy that is delivering large-scale AWS transformation programmes for enterprise customers across the UK. As demand continues to increase, they're looking for a senior AWS Architect to lead complex migration projects, support business growth, and play a key role in shaping the future of their cloud practice.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a blend of hands-on architecture, customer engagement, technical leadership, and strategic consulting.

You'll work directly with customers to design and deliver cloud transformation programmes, helping organisations modernise legacy infrastructure and successfully migrate from VMware and on-premise environments into AWS.

The role extends beyond technical delivery. You'll also support pre-sales engagements, contribute to solution design, mentor colleagues, and help build a growing team of cloud professionals.

This position would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership, leading projects from discovery through to delivery, and becoming a trusted advisor to both customers and internal stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading AWS migration and modernisation programmes.

Designing secure, scalable, and resilient AWS solutions.

Helping customers develop cloud strategies and migration roadmaps.

Acting as the senior technical lead across customer engagements.

Facilitating workshops and engaging with senior stakeholders.

Supporting pre-sales activities, solution design, and technical proposals.

Mentoring engineers and consultants within the wider cloud team.

Contributing to the growth and development of the AWS practice.

What We're Looking For

Strong experience as an AWS Architect within enterprise or consultancy environments.

Proven track record delivering cloud migration and transformation projects.

Extensive VMware expertise and experience helping organisations exit traditional data centre environments.

Deep knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture best practices.

Experience leading customer-facing projects and managing technical stakeholders.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Ability to bridge the gap between technical delivery and commercial conversations.

Nice to Have

AWS Professional certifications.

Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation).

Exposure to cloud governance, security, and FinOps.

Previous experience within an AWS Partner or consultancy environment.

Experience helping build or grow technical teams.

Why Consider This Role?

Lead enterprise-scale cloud transformation programmes.

Significant influence over technical direction and delivery.

Opportunity to support and shape a growing AWS practice.

Work closely with customers, sales teams, and senior leadership.

Excellent scope for progression into Principal Architect or Practice Leadership positions.

Our client is a fast-growing Microsoft Partner delivering enterprise-grade Business Applications and Power Platform solutions to clients across financial services and beyond. With a strong pipeline and continued growth, they're expanding their delivery function and looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of complex, multi-workstream programmes.

About the Role

This is not traditional project management. You'll be operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment where Microsoft technology is at the heart of every engagement — from Power Platform builds and Dynamics 365 implementations through to broader Business Applications programmes. Ambiguity is common, stakeholders are senior, and the pace is high. If you thrive in that environment, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple concurrent Microsoft Business Applications and Power Platform projects from initiation through to delivery and handover.

Own RAID management and ensure effective governance, reporting, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Track project performance, budgets, and delivery metrics, providing clear and timely updates to senior stakeholders.

Support the smooth transition of solutions from proof of concept through to production, ensuring adoption and value realisation.

Skills & Experience

Proven project management experience delivering Microsoft Business Applications or Power Platform programmes.

Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Dynamics 365.

Excellent stakeholder communication and engagement skills, with confidence operating at senior and executive level.

Demonstrable ability to manage ambiguity, competing priorities, and shifting delivery landscapes.

Commercially aware, with experience managing budgets and project financials.

What We're Looking For

A calm, organised, and proactive operator who takes ownership and drives delivery without needing to be chased.

Someone who can build strong relationships across both technical delivery teams and non-technical client stakeholders.

A problem-solver who identifies risks early and brings solutions, not just issues.

A collaborative team player who understands that great delivery is as much about people as it is about process.

Desirable Skills & Qualifications

Experience working within or alongside a Microsoft Partner organisation.

Background in financial services or other regulated industries.

Working closely with colleagues across Sales, Operations, Procurement, Finance, Customer Service, Warehousing and IT, you will help identify opportunities, gather requirements, prototype solutions and support adoption of new tools and ways of working across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Support the delivery of practical AI and automation initiatives, helping projects move from idea through prototype to live business adoption.

Work with departments to understand current processes, challenges and opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, decision-making, customer experience or commercial performance.

Help build and test AI-enabled solutions using tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Power Platform and other low-code/no-code workflow automation technologies.

Help maintain simple, repeatable delivery frameworks for AI projects, covering use case definition, prioritisation, testing, deployment and adoption tracking.

Support the development of internal AI capability by contributing to playbooks, supporting workshops and helping establish a network of AI champions across the business.

Work with IT, development and data teams to ensure AI solutions are secure, scalable and aligned to the organisation's technology standards.

Support commercial improvement initiatives through AI-driven insight, including pricing, quote follow-up, customer engagement, sales productivity and operational reporting.

Help structure business knowledge, documents and data sources so they can be used effectively and responsibly within AI assistants, copilots and automation workflows.

Skills & Experience

Some exposure to, or a strong interest in, business transformation, automation, digital improvement or operational change within a commercial environment.

Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot and prompt engineering.

A good understanding of business processes, with the ability to identify inefficiency, duplication and opportunities for improvement.

Some exposure to automation and low-code/no-code platforms such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Zapier or Make would be advantageous.

Good data literacy, with the ability to work with business data, reporting outputs and operational information to support AI use cases.

Some exposure to ERP systems, CRM platforms or BI tools — NetSuite, Phocas or Microsoft 365 experience is advantageous.

What We're Looking For

A curious, proactive self-starter who is comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where AI tools and business requirements are constantly evolving.

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across departments.

A confident communicator who can simplify complex technology, create clear documentation and help users adopt new ways of working.

Highly organised, with the ability to support multiple workstreams simultaneously and help maintain clear visibility of priorities and progress.

A developing commercial awareness, with an understanding of efficiency, margin, sales productivity and customer experience drivers.

Desirable Skills & Qualifications

Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, SQL, Python or system architecture — hands-on delivery and adoption experience takes priority over deep technical coding ability.

Awareness of AI governance, data protection, cyber security and responsible AI principles.

Experience working in distribution, aftermarket parts, construction, manufacturing, logistics or similar operational sectors.
