Amici are on the lookout for an experienced UX/UI designer to help shape their UX/UI process from scratch. This is an opportunity for both technical and creative autonomy.

Salary range: £35,000 -£45,000
What will you be doing?
You will work alongside the business, development teams and the customer to gain an in depth understanding of the process, need and priorities. The ideal candidate will take complete ownership of the process to help shape their fantastic products. You will be responsible for delivering creative, innovative and intuitive designs to ensure the final product delights the users as well as presents a remarkable refined and efficient solution.
What Amici do?
Amici support scientists every day in their endeavours to discover life changing cures. Their in-house cloud-based software helps improve process efficiency, including ordering raw materials, inventory and quality management. Since their establishment in 2005 their team has grown to 50 fun loving people with an entrepreneurial spirit.
What we need from you?
- Honours Degree in Visual/ Interaction Design, HCI,Software, or Product Design
- Experience of designing complex business specific cloud-based SaaS products using the principles of UX design
- Honours Degree in Visual/ Interaction Design, HCI,Software, or Product Design
- Experience working in an IT/Software environment
- Deep understanding of the Agile development process.
- Strong visual design, skilled in producing high fidelity screen layouts and functional wireframes.
- Some HTML and CSS experience would be advantageous.
- Flexible approach to roles and responsibilities.
- Strong communicator, comfortable presenting to all levels form CEO to users
