The Role:
This role would suit an Automation Tester/Engineer looking to make the move into a management position. Our client has recently in the last year transitioned from manual testing to Automation Testing and now require another Lead Tester to help manage the team.
Other responsibilities include:
- Manage automation training and development information and responsible for all automation content
- Provide guidance, direction coaching and mentoring for reporting QA team members
- Manage, lead and develop a team of Automation Engineers and Test Analysts to achieve career objectives
Working with Agile delivery teams to ensure automation test goals, objectives, and expectations are effectively met.
Desired Experience we are looking for:
- Scripting experience in C#, Java, JavaScript, Angular JS
- Define automation plans (SQL)
- Experience of Azure or AWS
- Ability to define automation plans with regard to Microsoft test frameworks
- Mentoring or management/lead experience
