Nine Twenty Recruitment are delighted to be working with our prestigious drinks manufacturing client in the need for a Technical Team Leader to join their business on a permanent basis. You will lead a team of multi-skilled craftsmen to support, maintain and repair the plant and equipment within your area to ensure the business continuity of supply to the required standards, on time and to budget to the required quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all equipment and working practices are compliant with all relevant internal and external standards.
- Continuously improve the operation of plant, process and people within your areas using internal and external resources as and when required.
- Take the lead in ensuring that your area of responsibility complies with all Health, Safety, Environmental, Product Integrity, Quality and Risk Management Engineering requirements.
- Ensure all internal company quality checks relating to engineering within your remit are completed and recorded.
- Manage and control revenue, labour and CAPEX spend for your area of responsibility to agreed budget level
- Lead, manage and develop your team of technicians to deliver a step change in Engineering performance
Skills Required:
- Leadership or supervisory experience in the engineering industry
- Experience within a bottling environment
