Nine Twenty are looking to speak with Chartered Technical Project Managers within an Engineering discipline that are interested in joining a Perth based growing turnkey Engineering Services company as they enter a huge period of planned growth.
This role will be split into 3 core areas of ownership:
- Business development and Sales
- Contracts/Commercials
- Project Management
The key deliverables for this position will be
- Apply account management methodology to Company target customers
- Initiate and develop relationships with key decision makers
- Track major opportunities in the customer’s pipeline
- Understand budget constraints
- Monitor organisational moves in customer
- Develop engineering scopes for major customer projects, advising on challenges and potential solutions as required
- Incorporating mechanical, electrical and structural elements
- Integrating other technical components as required
- Develop detailed estimates in collaboration with wider team for major projects, deploying a commercial approach to pricing
- Draft and review contracts for won projects taking a commercial approach to the risks associated with major project
- Project manage delivery of major projects
- Ensure the Health and Safety standards, policies and procedures are consistently applied on all projects.
- Draft detailed schedules and apply resources and timings
- Identify and manage key risks
- Monitor costs incurred and cost to complete against agreed contract price
- Report progress in agreed formats
- Develop the wider management team of organisation through full engagement on:
- Market opportunities as they present
- Capability development
- Other business development and operational opportunities
