Nine Twenty Technology are delighted to be recruiting a Technical Project Administrator in Glasgow for a leading Microsoft Gold Partner. 

You will be coming from an IT project background, with an exceptional eye for detail and extremely high levels of organisation. You will be heavily working with data and supporting your clients and project teams throughout the full project life cycle. 

The Role

To provide project coordination across the Project Lifecycle. To be responsible for coordinating customer engagement and meetings, supporting directors and general project administration. To be a valued member of both the project lifecycle function.

  • Working closely with the IT Projects team to help manage client engagement
  • Help coordinate client meetings
  • Produce Agenda’s for all internal and client meetings
  • Attend client meetings (face to face or conference calls) with the responsibility for taking actions and notes
  • Produce minutes from all client and project meetings and help coordinate follow up actions
  • Update project plans and report weekly on client projects
  • Track and report weekly on all project finances
  • Weekly update project management tool, tracking project timelines and billable days

Experience Required

  • 2 years+ of working in an IT environment, SAAS preferably 
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Client Facing experience
  • Strong written and report writing skills
  • Experience working with PowerBI and/or other reporting tools
  • Must be computer literate
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Must be a self-starter, with the ability to work independently with limited supervision, work well under pressure and have solid problem-solving skills
