Nine Twenty Engineering & Manufacturing are delighted to be working with our Manufacturing client who are looking for a Group Technical Assistant to join their team on a full time and permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
- Group artwork approval
- Specification Writing (including QAS documents)– on retailer systems and for branded
- Group document control / updates to group documents
- Customer complaint handling for all sites
- Internal auditing
- Group supplier approval monitoring
- Monitoring customer codes of practice
- Group induction and refresher training
- General technical support for all sites
Experience/qualifications required:
- Experience of spec writing, preferably retailer systems
- Artwork / packaging approval experience
- Customer complaint handling
- Excel/word/power point knowledge
- Good communicator at all levels
- Good organisational skills
