Nine Twenty Technology have a fantastic new opportunity for a Support Analyst to join a global leader in acquiring and collecting nonperforming loans. As a Support Analyst, you will be responsible for the administration of cloud-based IT services and providing 1st / 2nd line IT technical support to users across a number of UK offices. The role entails a high degree of colleague interaction therefore interpersonal skills, and a high degree of professionalism are essential

Duties and responsibilities:
- Support Azure cloud services.
- Provide resolution of IT issues for end users within defined SLAs.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve incidents at the first point of contact.
- Deploy and support end user devices.
- Ensure all calls and emails are logged and managed within JIRA.
- Assign incidents and requests to 2nd and 3rd line colleagues after all troubleshooting steps have been exhausted.
- Keep end users updated on outstanding tickets.
- Take responsibility for calls and see them through to completion.
- Be an active participant in project and initiative deliverables.
- Support a compliant IT estate, conformant to PCI-DSS and ISO 27001, through the timely completion of Information Security and SOX related tasks.
Skills and Experience required
- Experience with Windows 10, Active Directory, Windows Server, Thin Client and VDI / WVD.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills in standard Microsoft Office applications.
- Office 365 user management and configuration.
- Experience with JIRA for incident management.
- Experience working within a Cloud Service Partner operating model.
- Ability to listen effectively, to diagnose a user’s problem and find an appropriate solution.
- Good communication skills at all levels.
