Our Medical Device Manufacturing client who are going through a rapid period of growth are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join them on a full time and permanent basis.
As the Supply Chain manager, you will oversee activities including demand planning for the Contract Manufacturing partner, procurement of parts, shipment and planning to internal Quality Control.
The role will also include the selection of 2nd sources and establishing supply agreements with our supply base and leading quality or supply issues to closure.
We are looking for someone who has the following experience:
- Experience of working in an end to end Supply Chain Management role
- Extensive experience within a technical manufacturing background.
- Working Knowledge of ISO 13485
- Proven experience in setting up and leading a supply chain team.
- Proven track record of people management.
- Proven track record of developing a continuous improvement culture.
- Working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems
- Extensive experience working with large Contract Manufacturing organisations
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications e.g. word, excel etc
