Nine Twenty are delighted to be recruiting a Supply Chain Analyst to join a hugely successful FMCG business based in Glasgow on a permanent basis.
We are looking for a highly analytical candidate with a high degree of commercial awareness which should have been gained in a Supply Chain environment. Maybe you have been in a finance/analytical related role that has transitioned into Supply Chain or vice versa, either way, exposure to both environments would be great.
Success in this role will be your ability to work alongside the S&OP team to create a system that will drive efficiencies and make process improvements throughout production that reflects production complexity and ultimately drives improved decision making.
We are looking for someone who has the following experience:
- Degree or equivalent qualification/experience in a Production, Engineering discipline.
- Knowledge of Lean principles essential.
- Experience of working within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Highly excel literate, numerate and able to analyse data and identify opportunities for improvement
- Financial awareness and control techniques, good use of budgetary systems.
- Excellent communication skills
- Builds positive, proactive relationships with internal and external stakeholders with a can-do attitude
