Nine Twenty Engineering & Manufacturing are delighted to be representing our Glasgow based FMCG Client in their recruitment of a Supply & Production Planner. The successful individual will take over responsibility for generating and maintaining the short, medium and long term international supply plans.
Duties & Responsibilities include:
*Monitoring inventory levels and plan production and purchase replenishment around these
*Organising transport between production and distribution sites to ensure adequate stock levels throughout the network
*Communicate with internal & external supply chain partners, sub contractors and other departments within the business
*Focus on continuous improvement in respect of process effectiveness
Person Specification:
*MUST HAVE PREVIOUS LOGISTICS PLANNING EXPERIENCE
*Experience in using SAP
*Innovative individual, capable of generating and sharing new and fresh ideas
*Strong decision maker in a fast paced and demanding environment
