Nine Twenty are delighted to be recruiting a Spirit Supply Manager to join a hugely successful company within the Drinks Industry just outside of Glasgow on a permanent basis.
You will be a key member of the leadership team working closely with the Operations Leader to manage production targets. You will be responsible for managing the Spirit Supply team ensuring their development as well as overseeing liquid preparation and vatting.
Responsibilities:
• Carry out quality checks and liquid inspection at receipt to ensure compliance in the company’s responsibilities to HMRC
• Manage the Vatting area, carrying out all vatting operations
• Manage the spirits stocks
• Ensure vatting instructions meet all legislative and quality criteria.
• Maintain the vatting areas in a clean and tidy condition, ensuring that all calibration procedures and hygiene practices are carried out.
• Monitor the water treatment system, effluent disposal, and chemical stock.
• Manage and develop the Vatting team.
• Perform all other duties as required to support the Operations Leader.
