Nine Twenty are delighted to recruit a Spirit Administration Manager for a Fife based Supply Chain Services business on a permanent basis.

 

The Role:

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for all administration and logistics related activities necessary to support the movement of Spirit through the journey from a liquid to a finished product.  You must be able to demonstrate a high level of competency, analytical and organisational skills and have experience working in a role where you will have been the “go to” for all administration, logistics and stock related queries.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and monitor spirits by location and ensure that spirit stocks are accurate.
  • Liaise with other departments to review stocks and update systems accordingly.
  • Update operational spreadsheets to track spirit movements.
  • Highlight any reported anomalies, analyse, and correct errors.
  • Report any anomalies which may impact MI reporting.
  • Prepare administration work for third parties as required (HMRC, Customers)
  • Update operational spreadsheets as required.
  • Create and update SOPs for all administrative tasks.
  • Ensure accurate data is maintained on all systems relating to spirit movements.
  • Develop strong working relationships with Customs organisations and respond in a timely manner to all requests for information.
  • Develop and improve reporting platforms for all spirit supply.
  • Strive to achieve excellent customer service levels to both internal and external customers

 

We are looking for someone who has the following experience:

  • Experience in working in an administrative function within a Spirits/Drinks business
  • Excellent data analysis, problem solving skills
  • Consistent achievement in delivery of business targets
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Builds positive, proactive relationships with internal and external stakeholders with a can-do attitude
