The successful Solutions Architect will be joining a passionate and creative team, working across all aspects of the software development lifecycle.
You will take full ownership of assessing the systems architecture currently in place. You will be responsible for making the recommendations for improvement. You will use your knowledge and experience to guide the development teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead requirement gathering; regularly hosting workshops to ensure all tasks are known by infrastructure team, to feed both into the backlog and action active projects
- Engaging with customers(existing and potential leads),for complex solution architecture building, utilising excellent communication over e-meetings or email
- Communicating project progress to non-technical audiences, translating complex concepts, and breaking down barriers between functions
- Leverage relationship-building skills with 3rdparty engagement (DC providers, MNOs etc.) to achieve solution deliverables
- Serving as technical pre-sales consultant, working closely with sales and other non-technical teams to ensure full insight of infrastructure capabilities
Your technical background:
Essential:
- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Solutions Architect with a strong technical background.
- Strong technical requirement gathering skills
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong understanding of networking
- Understanding on integrations
- Good experience with databases and systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
